How can I be sure to book the right entertainment for my event?
My goal is to help you to make the best choice.  I want you as a repeat client and I promise to represent your interests in every way.  I know all the listed entertainers, their capabilities, and what impact each can have on your important event. 

 
    What is involved in confirming a booking?
A contract will be mailed to you for your signature. A deposit of half the fee agreed upon will be due with the signed contract. The balance is payable on the day of the event.
 
   

What determines the fees for entertainment?
Entertainers set their fees based upon many considerations.  The number of personnel is certainly one, but more importantly, the entertainer’s talent, popularity and availability are key.  The time and effort involved are also factors in arriving at a fair price.

 
    What is a rider and what should I do with it?
Riders contain all the important information you need to ensure that the event runs smoothly and that the entertainers have no problems in giving you their best performances. Careful attention to these production issues is essential.
 
    Will Bands Atlanta help me with the rider requirements?
Yes, my job is to assist you in making your event as perfect as possible so you can count on me to be there all the way through.
 
    Can I communicate directly with the entertainers?
Absolutely. Once the paper work is complete we will have the leader contact you to begin discussing your details.
 
   

What are my payment options?
You can make deposit and / or balance payments by check and we also accept payments via PayPal.
